この製品は、胴回りに縫い目がないヘビーウェイトの丸胴Tシャツをベースに、ミリタリーグラフィックが施されたカスタムプリントTシャツです。クラシックなスタイルのボディにモダンなシルエットを融合させ、プリントグラフィックデザインを加えることで、カジュアルのテイストをプラスした街着として洗練されたファッショナブルなTシャツに再構築されています。

素材はコットン100%の天竺生地(未洗い/ノンウォッシュ仕上げ)です。

新品時はこのTシャツは未洗い(ノンウォッシュ)の状態です。 洗濯前の生地は目が粗く、ハリ感が無いため、柔らかい質感です。しかし、洗濯で水を通し乾燥させることで綿の繊維が引き締まり、生地の密度が上がり、目が詰まることで厚みが増します。 その結果、Tシャツは洗濯前に比べて3%～5%程度縮むことが予想されます。また、着用と洗濯を繰り返すことで、さらに生地が馴染みコットン特有の風合いが生まれてきます。しっかりとした着心地と、しなやかな柔らかさを兼ね備えた生地です。

このTシャツは、「丸編み機」によって編まれたTシャツです。丸編み機は、生地を筒状に編み上げる旧式編み機です。生産効率は低いのですが、低速でゆっくりと編み立られ、余分なテンションがかからずに、糸そのものの柔らかい風合いを生かすことができる希少な編み機です。低速で編まれた生地は、温もりのある味わい深い表情に加え、しっかりとした着心地としなやかな柔らかさを兼ね備えています。そして、丸編み機で編まれたTシャツの最大の特徴が、ボディの脇部に縫い目がない、いわゆる「丸胴」に仕上がる仕様です。現在は量産を重視した高速の編み機が主流になり、丸編み機は時代遅れの技術とされつつあります。しかし、丸編み機で編まれたTシャツには、量産重視の高速編み機では出せない独特の風合いと時代を超えうるタフネスが宿っています。あえて生産効率の低い丸編み機で編むことで、空気を含んで柔らかくも、コシのある強い丸胴生地に編み上がります。また、はぎ目のない服なので、洋服の縫い目が肌に当たらず着心地も良い利点もあります。

ネックリブ(襟周り)は着用を繰り返しても伸びにくい特徴を持つ、耐久性に優れたバインダーネック2本針仕様です。フロントの襟元には2層ガゼット(両Vガゼット/汗どめ)が差し込まれ、よりビンテージテイストが演出されています。

グラフィックは経年変化を感じさせるようなビンテージ風のプリントで表現されています。

U.S.AIR FORCEのウィング＆スターに、スヌーピーと紙ヒコーキに乗るウッドストックをコラージュしたデザインです。

This T-shirt is designed and crafted in Japan by the TOYS McCOY brand, featuring a graphic printed on 100% cotton, heavy-weight, tubular knit fabric constructed using the loop-wheel technique for a distinctive and durable quality. This T-shirt is made from 100% cotton, using a raw, unwashed, heavyweight loopwheel-knitted jersey fabric that is both soft and sturdy. This T-shirt is in a raw, unwashed state. Before washing, the fabric is loosely woven and lacks firmness, making it exceptionally soft. However, after washing, the cotton fibers tighten, making the fabric denser and thicker. Consequently, The T-shirt is expected to shrink by about 3% to 5%. Additionally, it has a faded and dull hue for a fashionable vintage look. With each wash and wear, the T-shirt fabric becomes more textured and develops a slubby feel. And this T-shirt features a tubular knit loopwheel construction with no side seams, cover stitch ribbed crew-neckband, double layer V-gusset stitching (V-Stitch, V-Insert) on the front neck, and set-in-sleeve.
